BRDeals is an online marketplace created to connect Brazilians living abroad. Users may publish, browse and interact with listings related to housing, services, jobs, vehicles, pets, events and other categories made available on the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use BRDeals, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or have legal authorization from a parent or guardian;
- provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account;
- keep your account credentials secure.
3. User Accounts
When registering, you agree to:
- provide truthful and up-to-date information;
- keep your email address and contact information updated;
- not create fake, misleading or fraudulent accounts;
- not use another person’s account without permission.
4. Listings and User Content
Users are responsible for the content they post, including titles, descriptions, prices, photos, contact information, category selection and location details.
By posting content on BRDeals, you confirm that you have the right to publish that content, that the information is accurate and not misleading, and that the content does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are not allowed on BRDeals:
- illegal products or services;
- fraudulent, misleading or deceptive listings;
- offensive, abusive, discriminatory or violent content;
- adult or sexually explicit content;
- prohibited items defined by BRDeals policies;
- spam, phishing, bots or harmful activity;
- content that infringes intellectual property, image, privacy or third-party rights.
6. Marketplace Disclaimer
BRDeals is only an intermediary platform for advertisements and connections between users.
BRDeals does not guarantee the full accuracy of listings, does not participate directly in transactions between users, and does not assume responsibility for payments, services, deliveries, promises or agreements made between users.
7. Safety and User Responsibility
When interacting with other users, we recommend that you:
- verify identities and information before making a deal;
- avoid sending money in advance without proper safeguards;
- use safe public meeting places when applicable;
- be cautious with offers that seem suspicious or unusually cheap;
- stop the transaction if anything suggests fraud or unsafe behavior.
8. Moderation and Approval
BRDeals may review, moderate, reject, pause or remove listings whenever these Terms are violated, when fraud is suspected, when information is inconsistent or when legal, regulatory or safety concerns exist.
Approval of a listing does not mean BRDeals guarantees its authenticity or legitimacy.
10. Intellectual Property
The BRDeals name, brand, visual identity, platform structure, software and other system elements are protected by applicable law.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the platform without prior authorization, except as allowed by law.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
BRDeals may suspend, restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, use the platform fraudulently or create risk for other users or for the platform itself.
Users may also request deletion of their own account, subject to applicable legal data retention obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRDeals shall not be liable for user-generated content, losses arising from transactions between users, indirect or consequential damages, fraud, omissions, non-performance, disputes between users or temporary unavailability of the platform.
13. Changes to the Terms
BRDeals may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the most recent version.
